Va. Chamber create private insurance exchange

The Virginia Chamber of Commerce is in talk to partner with ChamberSolutions to establish the Virginia Benefits Market,a private health insurance exchange. Chamber President and CEO Barry DuVal announced their plan on Thursday morning at the Virginia Health Care Conference and Health Innovation Showcase in Richmond. CieloStar will administer the exchange platform. The chamber will try to provide health, dental and vision insurance.
