Rapper 2 Chainz acquitted on drug charges

A Talbot County district court judge found rapper 2 Chainz not guilty on drug related charges on Wednesday. The rapper, whose full name is Tauheed Epps, acquired drug related charges after a traffic stop near Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Epps was headed to a homecoming event in February when state troopers stopped the vehicle he was traveling in. After smelling burnt marijuana, police searched the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia. Epps was cited with having drug paraphernalia, although he claimed he did not own it.
