Maryland man sentenced for bank fraud

On Monday, 47-year-old Montgomery Joseph Isner has been sentenced in West Virginia for bank fraud. Isner, in order to obtain a $60,000 loan, lied that he owned property in Berkeley County. He pleaded guilty to making a false statement in June, and was sentenced on Monday to two years and six months in federal prison. Isner was also ordered to pay more than $57,000 in restitution.
