Maryland cracks down on cell phone use while driving

Maryland laws now allot a more firm grip on drivers using cell phones.

As of October 1 of this year it will become a primary offense. Therefore, police officers can pull over drivers and issue a ticket, even if the cell phone use is the only infraction.
