Madonna sells Leger painting in NYC auction

Singer and songwriter, Madonna will part ways with a Fernand Leger painting that she has owned for over 20 years. The painting depicts an array of women in still-life compositions.

Madonna sells the painting in hopes that it raises money to support women’s educational rights in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The painting, titled “Three Women at the Red Table” is expected to bring in up to $7 million.
