Israeli airforce shoots down unmanned aircraft
The Israeli military has reported shooting down a small unmanned aircraft in the southern region of the country. Efforts are currently being made to locate the craft’s remains. According to the local media the craft entered Israeli territory from the west, but not specifically from the Gaza Strip. Drones have crossed the Israeli border in the past, at least three of which were determined to have been operated by the Lebanese Hezbollah. So far the Israeli military has concluded that there were not exploives aboard the aircraft.
