Home invasion sentencing postponed
The sentencing hearing for a man convicted of home invasions, burglaries, and forced sex acts against women has been postponed.
Kevin Ray, who was convicted in April, was to be sentenced on Thursday, but the hearing in front of Circuit Court Judge David Boynton was postponed due to Ray firing his lawyer.
Prosecutors say Ray committed crimes across the D.C. area. His charges include burglary, armed robbery and false imprisonment. He was arrested in Kitty Hawk N.C.
