Boston Marathon victim to leave hospital

A pre-school teacher in Baltimore, who lost a leg in the Boston Marathon bombings, is scheduled to leave the hospital.

Erika Brannock is being released from Israel Deaconess Medical Center on Monday. The 29-year-old is the last person to be released after the explosions occurred on April 15th. Brannock’s sister, Nicole Gross, suffered two broken legs and a severed Achilles tendon. Brannock plans to speak with reporters before she is discharged.

Brannock and Gross were both waiting at the finish line for their mother who was finishing in the race. Three people were killed in the bombings, 260 were injured
