Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, has died at age 71 following a reported cardiac arrest at his Florida home on July 24. Paramedics responded to a 911 call and transported Hogan to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His passing comes weeks after sparking public health concerns during a television appearance and undergoing neck surgery, which his representatives had described as successful.
Hogan, who rose to fame in the 1980s with the WWF (now WWE), became a 12-time World Champion and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. Outside the ring, he starred in VH1’s Hogan Knows Best and had a tumultuous personal life, including three marriages and public family disputes.
