WASHINGTON, D.C. – Veteran attacked at McDonald’s by teens gets Go Fund Me of over $25,000

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with an attack that took place on February 12. The victim is 30 year-old Christopher Marquez, a Marine veteran who served 8 years and fought in Iraq and Afghanistan. The teenagers are a male and a female, both 17 years old; their names have not been release because they are charged as juveniles. The incident occurred at the McDonald’s in the 900 block of E street NW near Gallery Place Chinatown.  A Go Fund Me account to benefit Marquez has over $25,000 so far.
