Glenn Close divorces husband

Divorce filings in Maine’s Cumberland County were made official on August 18 between actress Glenn Close and her husband David Shaw. The 68-year-old Close starred in “Fatal Attraction” and has won three Emmys and three Tonys. The 64-year-old Shaw is the founder and former CEO of the Westbrook-based Idexx Laboratories. A spokeswoman for Close described the divorce as amicable.
