Woman stabbed, robbed in Capitol Hill

D.C. police have reported that a woman was stabbed and robbed in the 200 block of 8th Street SE in Capitol Hill on Wednesday around 10 p.m. The victim faces no life-threatening injuries after she was transported to a nearby hospital. Police are looking for a black male in his thirties, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds. He is bald and was wearing a light colored, long sleeve button-up shirt with blue jeans at the time. Investigators are looking for a connection to a stabbing at an ATM at 9th and C St. that occurred on May 15.
