50 Cent denies kicking ex-girlfriend

Rapper 50 Cent is refuting allegations that he attacked his ex-girlfriend and trashed her condo.

According to his lawyer, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has no outstanding warrant on the violence and vandalism charges against him. If convicted, Jackson could spend up to five years in jail and pay $46,000 in fines.

The woman told police that after an argument in June, Jackson began destroying property at her condo in Toluca Lake. She proceeded to lock herself in her room, which is when Jackson kicked down the bedroom door and kicked her, causing injury.

Police estimated $7,100 in damages to the property. The woman dated Jackson for three years and has a child with him.
