Teen arrested for assaulting mother with frying pan

A dispute over a Kindle tablet led to an assault near Ballston, Virginia.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested Saturday morning after hitting his mother over the head with a frying pan when she denied him access to her Kindle.

He is charged with destruction of property and malicious wounding.
