Sen. Rand Paul scheduled to speak at Howard University

Republican Senator Rand Paul is scheduled to speak at Howard University on Wednesday. Paul’s speech will focus on the importance of young voters in minority areas. Paul also plans to discuss the history if African-American Republican voters.

Paul is the son of former presidential candidate, Ron Paul. He serves on the health, education, foreign relations, government and affairs committees and others.
