Hillary Clinton will release her 2015 taxes this week. Her campaign hopes doing so will pressure Donald Trump to do the same. Clinton’s running mate, Tim Kaine, will also release 10 years of his returns. It is standard for presidential candidates to release their tax returns during their campaign so that voters can see where they spend and donate their money. “You will learn a whole lot more about Donald Trump if he produces his income tax returns,” Warren Buffett, the billionaire head of Berkshire Hathaway, said at a Clinton rally. Trump has declined to release any of his tax returns because he says he is under IRS audit. However, the government agency has said that an audit does not restrict Trump from being able to release the returns.
