Katherine Jackson is safe, not missing

Singer Jermaine Jackson said Sunday that his mother Katherine Jackson is safe and is not missing as another relative reported to authorities. The 82-year-old matriarch is complying with doctor’s orders to de-stress. She is with her daughter Rebbie and has been told to stay away from phones and electronics, but is not being blocked from speaking with anyone. On Saturday, a relative reported Katherine Jackson missing and her granddaughter, Paris, posted on Twitter that she hadn’t spoken with her guardian in a week. Katherine Jackson serves as guardian of her late son Michael Jackson’s three children. Paris, 14, also tweeted that she wanted her grandmother to return home.
