Kate Winslet marries Ned Rocknroll

In a ceremony so private her own parents didn’t even know, Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet married Ned Rocknroll, the nephew of Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson. In lieu of her father, Winslet’s best friend and “Titanic” co-star Leonardo DiCaprio gave her away at the wedding. Overall, only a handful of close friends and Kate’s two children from her previous marriages were present at the ceremony. The couple reportedly dated for about a year before secretly becoming engaged over the summer. This is Winslet’s third marriage and Rocknroll’s second.
