First-time Maryland Powerball winner

For the first time ever, the winning Powerball ticket was sold in Maryland. The multi-state lottery spans 42 U.S. States, and this is the first time Maryland has ever had a jackpot winner. The ticket was bought in Abingdon, Maryland for Wednesday night’s $107 million drawing.

The winning numbers were: 3, 5, 18, 27, 54 with the Powerball as 13.
