Second Confederate monument vandalized in Richmond

Virginia media outlets have reported that a second statue memorializing the Confederacy was vandalized in Richmond between Thursday night and Friday morning. The base of the Confederate Soldiers and Sailors Monument was spray painted in red and included an obscenity. The Jefferson Davis memorial in Richmond has also been vandalized multiple times since the mass shooting at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina.
