Billy Joel will be performing at the 71,000-seat M&T Bank Stadium on July 25. The show will be part of his 2015 tour. The Ravens and Live Nation Entertainment will be making a formal announcement about the event Thursday morning. It will be his first large-scale performance in Baltimore. Some other East Coast dates include: Madison Square Garden (New York) on July 1 and Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia) August 13. Beyonce and Jay-Z  performed at the venue last July. Vice president of stadium operations Roy Sommerhof was not available for comment.
