The AirAsia flight that lost contact with air traffic control Sunday has still not been located. The plane was flying from Surabaya, Indonesia to Singapore and had 162 people on board. France and China have already been assisting in the search, which has been hampered by heavy weather patterns in the area. The U.S. had already expressed willingness to lend what assistance is necessary, and Indonesia formally asked Monday. The search will expand and continue Tuesday.
