The George Washington University Pakistani Student Organization has planned a peaceful vigil for the victims of Tuesday’s Taliban attack on a Peshawar school. The vigil will take place beginning at 6 p.m. at the DuPont Circle fountain. The organization stated that the event is not a political rally but held in honor of the lives lost. The attack left at least 145 dead, mostly children, and was likely in protest of American military presence and action in the country.
