During a taped interview with Access Hollywood, First Lady, Michelle Obama, talked about her daughter’s plans for the summer, which include volunteering, camp and internships. Mrs. Obama also stated her eldest daughter, Malia will be turning 16 on July 4 and will be eligible for a learner’s permit in the District of Columbia. “Look out,” she warned D.C drivers.
