Actor and “30 Rock” star, Alec Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday after riding his bike the wrong way down a New York Street. According to Deputy Chief Kim Royster, when asked to brandish identification, Baldwin became “belligerent and starting arguing with them and using profanity.” Baldwin was issued two summonses; one for disorderly conduct and the other for riding a bicycle the wrong way down Fifth Avenue and 16th Street. Baldwin later tweeted “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign.”
