Man takes plea bargain in drunk-driving death

A Maryland man has accepted a plea bargain for charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.

Twenty-five-year-old Anthony Cilluffo is set to serve a three year sentence after pleading guilty in a Frederick County court Thursday.

According to police Cillufo killed 59-year-old homeless man Ricky Quan Shelton after hitting him with his car on May 2.  Shelton died in a Baltimore hospital days later on May 11.
