mETRO SCENE – Dupont Circle harpist filling the park with music

Harpist Phillip Carlisle plays the harp at Dupont Circle on Tuesday. Carlisle, from Indianapolis, is in town for the summer and hopes to continue playing the harp as a career. He is studying both music and English at Albion College in Michigan.
