Supreme Court Justice finishes race before explosion

Supreme Court Justice Bill Mims crossed the finish line of the Boston Marathon 5 minutes before the explosions occurred on Monday. Mims was not injured in the explosion.

Mims was located about 100 years away when the bomb exploded, the second bomb detonated a few blocks away seconds later. Two people were killed and over 100 people were injured, 15 of them critically.
