Producers insist American Idol panel is solid

Amidst ongoing flurries of gossip about a conflict between upcoming American Idol season judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, producers have stated the season’s new judging panel is, “one of the best, most passionate, dynamic and invested judging panels we’ve ever had.” Vetran judge Randy Jackson has commented that there was “always hostility” between the two female judges. Though they may not all be best friends forever, the judges are devoted to a professional relationship that will allow them to judge the show effectively and fairly, “We all love and support each other,” Carey asserted, “production is going extremely well.” In the midst of what conflict does arise, Keith Urban is the self professed “United Nations,” and seeks to find diplomatic solutions to disputes.
