MoCo Police warn of suspicious man targeting young women

Police in Montgomery County are warning residents of a suspicious man who is approaching young women and girls in the Bethesda and Chevy Chase areas. The incidents may be connected, although police to not have a suspect in custody at this time. The man described in all three recorded incidents is said to be hispanic and in his 20s or 30s.

In most cases the women and girls are approached by a man in a car who asks inappropriate questions and drives slowly alongside them as they walk. So far all of the victims have been able to safely get away.
