A Ukrainian military helicopter was shot down by terrorists near Slovyansk. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least 14 people, including a General. The helicopter was carrying soldiers for a personnel rotation when it was shot down by a Russian rocket-propelled grenade. The area in which the helicopter was shot down is also believed to be housing a militant group of rebels responsible for the kidnapping of four European observers that haven’t been heard of since Monday.
