Middle Eastern violence spreads to German embassy

Violence in the Middle East spread even further on Thursday, with protestors attacking Germany and UK embassies. The protesters stormed and burned the German embassy, but no fatalities were reported. The American embassy in Sudan was also under attack, and police opened fire on protestors trying to climb over the walls. This came after Egyptian police fired volley after volley of tear gas at protesters, with little effect. A protester was killed in Tripoli.

Other skirmishes have left 25 people injured, with 18 of them being police. It’s unclear why protesters attacked the German embassy, other than a radio broadcast saying that there was anti-Muslim graffiti on Berlin walls. After the protesters left the German embassy they went to the U.S and U.K embassies, trying to gain access inside the compounds.
