Woman to plead guilty in DC tax fraud

Kimberle Davis, 44, has pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy and theft as a result her part of a massive tax-fraud plot. Davis was an employee with the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue until it was learned that she was involved in a scheme that stole over $4 million in refunds through fraudulent tax returns.

She will face sentencing at a later date, but is expected to serve time in prison and to be fined.
