Forty-four-year-old Krzysztof Wasik of Hazle Township, PA was arrested on Wednesday for making a bomb threat outside of the White House. According to D.C. police spokesman Araz Alali, Wasik approached a White House officer and told him that a bomb would detonate in a nearby vehicle.

Streets surrounding the area as well as Metro entrances were shut down as Secret Service investigated the vehicle. They were reopened after nothing dangerous was found.
