D.C. school volunteer faces child pornography charges

A school volunteer at San Miguel Middle School is charged with possession of child pornography.

Cristian Gutierrez was taken into custody at his apartment on Friday.

The investigation took three months where a federal agent discovered dozens of videos of young boys engaged in sexual activity.

During a search of Gutierrez’s apartment, investigators found 2,000 downloaded videos onto his laptop computer.

Gutierrez initially denied any wrong doing, but eventually admitted to downloading the videos.
