The Washington Capitals lost to the San Jose Sharks 6-5 in a shootout Tuesday night after eliminating two separate three-point leads by the Sharks throughout the game. The Capitals record stands at 1-0-2, as they continue into the second of their three-game set at home. The next game will be Thursday at 7:00 against the New Jersey Devils.
