vehicle crashes into pond leaves 1 dead 3 injured

A vehicle driven by London Dubois Jr., 25, ran off the road and into a retention pond around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, killing his wife and injuring himself and their two children. Before rescue crews arrived, a witness of the incident pulled Dubois’ 2-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son out of the vehicle that was starting to submerge. Dubois and his wife, Latasha Dubois, 23, were found by rescue crews. Dubois’ wife was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Dubois and his children were also transported to area hospitals but their conditions were not available. The accident is currently under investigation.
