Va. Principal faces 20 years in child porn case

Joshua Myers, former vice principal of Greenville Elementary in Nokesville, has pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography. Myers was arrested after chatting with an undercover FBI agent, and faces up to 20 years in prison. Myers used peer-to-peer file-sharing software in order to download porn, and revealed in an online chat that he had travelled to California in order to have sex with a child.

Myers’ court date is scheduled for Dec. 2. He is free on bail at the moment, but is not allowed to be alone with children or access the Internet.
