Transgender guest kicked out of local spa

Spa World, a bathhouse located in Centreville, VA has been accused of asking guest Riya Suising to leave the parlor after complaints were heard from other women being uncomfortable with Suising’s presence in women’s common areas. Suising has since filed a complaint for discrimination and other employees of the spa have noted the lack of acceptance of homosexual and transgender individuals in the facility. However James Lee, the spa’s manager, claims that there was a language barrier present between both parties and that Suising misunderstood the communication. Lee claims that Suising was never kicked out of the spa and that they do not discriminate against anyone.
