A Culpepper mother will spend 10-days behind bars for assaulting her son’s school bus driver last December. Bethany Lynn Rudd testified that she only attacked Helen Gibson after the woman threatened to kill her son if he did not sit down. Gibson denied those accusations.
Rudd was charged with assault and battery.
