Herndon police reported an incident in which a worker took a fatal fall off a rooftop.
According to Lt. Jim Moore the man fell off of a building on Herndon Parkway Monday afternoon. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The man’s identity was not immediately released to the public. Neither were details of the job he was completing when he fell.
Police along with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are continuing their investigation.
