On Saturday after an unsatisfying finish in the South Carolina primary, Republican Jeb Bush ended his presidential race. “I’m proud of the campaign that we’ve run to unify our country and to advocate conservative solutions,” Bush said. The former Florida governor raised more than $150 million by the end of 2015, more than any of his GOP competitors. Fast-forwarding to February, Bush’s campaign had less than $3 million in cash. “I firmly believe the American people must entrust this office to someone who understands that whoever holds it is a servant, not the master,” Bush said on Saturday.
