Top officials from the Phoenix VA have denied any possibilities of a secret patient waiting list as well as the chances that delays in VA healthcare resulted in deaths of veterans. Retired VA doctor Sam Foote, who originally came forward about the alleged secret waiting list, has since again gone on the record to declare the VA officials are lying to cover up what has happened; President Obama has called for an investigation in Phoenix.
