Maryland man receives 20 years for stabbing teen

Twenty-one year old Shakeem Miles was sentenced on Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court  for fatally stabbing 18-year-old Jalonte Thomas-Leach. Miles will serve 20 years in jail. Police say Thomas-Leach was stabbed early morning October 13 during a fight among a group of women. Miles allegedly stabbed Thomas-Leach after refusing to fight him.
