Three men, Eddie Tarver, 23, Dequan Shields, 23, and Rashid Mayo, 25, were charged with murder of the first-degree after fatally shooting a 16-month-old boy. The boy was in the backseat of his father’s car when the three men opened fire on the car. The boy’s father was allegedly the target of the 16 shots the men fired. The father was hit, but survived, while his young child was killed.
