The outage included almost 29,000 customers in Montgomery County. Power has been restored to almost the entirety of the affected counties as of 1 a.m. Tuesday with less than 20 remaining without power in Garrett County. Germantown had the most outages, with more than 11,000 customers without power at one point. All 1,800 customers in Howard County who were in the dark now have power again.
