Maryland casino revenues for September reach $65.3M

The month of September proved to be quite profitable for the state of Maryland’s four casinos.

The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency announced Monday that last month alone the casino revenues totaled $65.3 million.  Maryland Live! Located in Hanover brought in the most money at about $50.5 million.

With the exception of the Rocky Gap Resort that recently opened in May, the casino revenue in Maryland experienced an overall increase of 45 percent, compared to SEptember of last year.
