A man was killed after being shocked by Christmas lights he was hanging up for a neighbor in North Beach.
Thirty-four-year-old Jason Byrnes received an electrical shock when the ladder he was standing on hit an electrical wire.
He was transported to the Prince George’s Trauma Center where his death was ruled accidental.
