Gynecologist accused of taking videos found dead of apparent suicide

The gynecologist for Johns Hopkins Hospital who, earlier this month, admitted to using photographic equipment to take photos and record videos of his patients was found dead in his Maryland home of suspected self-inflicted injuries. Nikita Levy was under scrutiny after another employee reported seeing inappropriate behavior. Levy acknowledged his actions and was fired. Police were investigating the case with the sex offense team and the hospital was conducting their own internal investigation as well. A hotline has been set up for Levy’s former patients to contact.
