Ad airs to support new gun control bill
A television ad will be airing in Baltimore that praises the new gun control measure signed by Governor Martin O’Malley.
The ad will begin early this week and stems from a campaign of supporters who want to prove how the law, when effective, will lessen gun violence.
President of Marylanders to Prevent Gun violence Vincent DeMarco says a fingerprinting addition to the law will be one of the most effective solutions to reduce gun violence. The provision will keep guns out of the hands of those who should not have them.
